Last year Dr. Aaron Wolf, professor at Oregon State University, received the Heinz Award in the Public Policy category for his pioneering leadership in the practice of water diplomacy. He needed a portrait to provide some context for his work, so we chose the river. The Heinz Foundation chose the final image below for their website. Congratulations, Dr. Wolf!
